For the third edition of Roquefort en fête, we celebrated an exceptional milestone: the 100th anniversary of France’s very first cheese PDO. On 7 and 8 June, more than 23,000 visitors joined us to honour this characterful cheese, a true emblem of our gastronomic heritage.
La Pastourelle: a cooperative-made Roquefort that wins people over
On our 12 meters stand, our Roquefort La Pastourelle the result of the dedication of our committed farmers and employees captured both curiosity and taste buds. Feedback from the tastings was unanimous:
“Your Roquefort is surprisingly mild, buttery and not too salty.”
An aromatic profile that reflects the high standards of our sector and the strength of our cooperative model, built on commitment, quality and respect for our terroir.
