Following our successful acquisition of Yoplait’s operations in Europe and the brands Yoplait and Liberté worldwide in 2021, this transaction strengthens our consumer segment, with a balanced portfolio of diversified and successful brands marketed under Yoplait and Liberté – which are highly valued by Canadian consumers since 1971, in a market with strong growth potential.
This is a key step in our branding and international development strategy, as part of our plan ‘Growing Together’. The takeover of Yoplait’s operations in Canada provides an additional tool to create value for our farmers.
